Update: 02/04/2020

Dear Customers and Partners

Firstly, we hope you, your family, friends, and colleagues remain safe and well in these continued challenging times. We sincerely hope that we and our future generations to come, never have to experience a pandemic like Coronavrirus (COVID-19) again.

With the continued government advice that people should work from home where possible and not travel unless strictly necessary. We continue to operate remotely with a limited skeleton staff in the office.

We are operating almost as normal and our systems are working well. We remain at your disposal and will do all we can to help you during these challenging times.

Our suppliers are working normally too. As you can imagine, all end user computing technology is in short supply. Lead times are long for all laptops and notebooks, even accessories now like headsets too. Stock is coming into the supply chain, but getting bought quickly.

Our support department is operating as normal and supporting some NHS Trusts as we do, we applauded their dedication and commitment to keeping us safe and saving lives. While we are certainly not on the front line, we are proud to help and support you.

Not all staff at DSI may be active or continuing to work now. Should you need assistance please contact your account manager, but also copy uksales@dsiltd.co.uk

Key contact numbers for the business and Skeleton staff are

0208 017 0007, 01322 520481 and 01322 520483.

If there is anything we can do to help you in these unprecedented times, please just get in contact. Our help and advice comes at no cost.

Please all stay safe and well.

Regards

Paul Lyons
Director

Dear Valued Customers,

With recent developments and the latest communication from the Government about Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to share with you the measures we have put in place to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and families during these unprecedented times.

We are continuing to actively monitor the situation but at the moment our office remains open for 2 key staff only. As an IT business partner, we practice what we preach and business continuity plans are in place, all our systems can be accessed remotely and so should we decide to close the office, you should see no interruption in the level of service we provide.

With the advice yesterday from the government to limit social interaction and unnecessary travel, we will be postponing all nonessential meetings. We will and can, of course, arrange conference calls and online meetings and this is our preferred option for all meetings going forward.

We have spoken with all our supplier partners and they are currently operating as close to normal as possible. Supply chains and logistics are on the whole unaffected at the moment. However, we have seen some disruption here and there, so lead times on client devices and specifically, notebooks and laptops are increasing.

We continue to monitor the situation and follow the Government advice and will update you further should we need to.

We hope your family, friends, and colleagues all remain safe during these difficult times.

Yours sincerely,

Mike Lyons
Managing Director
