The Network Operation Centre team is available 24/7, and has multi-vendor accreditations and experience across LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN, Collaboration and Security technology architectures.

Managed network services include:

  • Core monitoring – Availability monitoring, event and alert generation, incident and inventory management, weekly configuration backup, capacity management, and dashboard summary.
  • Wireless LAN monitoring – To quickly and easily identify user affecting problems on the wireless network.
  • Security – Software compliance management, vulnerability assessment as a service, mobile security, managed firewall and unified threat management service, password management, identity and access management, SIEM, and managed IPS and IDS service.
