DSI has been awarded a place on the Technology Services 2 framework, RM3804, by the Crown Commercial Service. It follows a successful term on the original Technology Services framework, RM1058.

The framework was developed to give all public sector organisations access to suppliers of technology services, which DSI is proud to be a part of.

Details of DSI’s service offering

DSI applied for and was accepted onto Lot 3: Operational Services. This is intended to help organisations with their operation service needs in the following areas:

  • End User Services
  • Operational Management
  • Technical Management
  • Application and Data Management

More about Technology Services 2 framework

The Technology Services 2 framework was designed to service the smallest and biggest of IT needs, from replacing and managing desktop computers to larger and more critical central government systems. It was also developed as an enabler for the disaggregation of larger government contracts, which had been in place for some time.

Between August and December 2016, extensive pre-marketing engagement was undertaken in preparation for the procurement of Technology Services 2. Over 80 suppliers and 90 buying organisations were involved in improving the previous framework agreement. After five months of workshops, it went to competitive OJEU procurement in March 2017.
